Cancellation Policy
To avoid any confusion and to help us maintain our level of service, cancellations can be made by phone, email, or in person. However, an admin fee of £50 will apply. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours, the admin fee is £100. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less are non-refundable.
Tests: For any cancellations of booked tests, an admin fee of 10% of the amount paid will be deducted. If the cancellation is made within 72 hours or less, we will not be able to process a refund.
Other Services: For any other services, failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in the full loss of the deposit or the total cost of the assessment. If only a deposit was paid, we reserve the right to recover the remaining balance.
